Occasional delays due to peak season, high traffic or customs inspection can be expected from time to time. Our customers’ satisfaction is important to us and we will do what we can to ensure it is so but when a package is sent out, some delays are out of our hands.

The estimated time of delivery is not the maximum or minimum times. It is only an estimation. If a package is stopped at Customs for closer inspection, the package will be delayed.

[ Returns and Refunds ]
- As these items are personal use items, we are unable to accept any returns. Please contact us if the product reaches you damaged. Although it very rarely happens, we will resolve it to your satisfaction.
- If a product reaches you damaged, we will make a full or partial refund to you.
[ Why haven’t I receive my package ]
1. Wrong or incomplete address
If the Buyer has provided us with a wrong address, the package cannot be successfully delivered. It will then be abandoned at the destination.
2. Customs inspections
Most packages clear Customs quickly. However, some packages may be put on an inspection queue and this will take longer to reach you. Customs check is the prerogative of any country, we are not able to dictate or influence how the Customs of your country clear packages.
3. Package collected for family or friends
Your package may have been collected by a family or friend staying with you. If you are staying with someone, please let them know that you are expecting to receive a package.
